A layout that simply didn’t work for family life, and a dated exterior in need of some TLC was the basis for this full Design & Planning project.

Single storey, double storey and link extensions around the house, increased the footprint to allow for a more considered internal layout with a much-improved function and flow for the needs of the family. Externally – cladding, render, timber windows and doors, aluminium guttering and a striking rolled lead porch are just a few of the thoughtful details implemented to an incredibly high standard to create a striking ‘new’ home.

Outside, landscape designer Pollyanna Wilkinson has worked her magic in the garden, bringing the planting right up to the single storey extension and newly created covered veranda area so that the family and their guests can really make the most of al fresco living and feel completely immersed in their beautiful garden.
