Project Type: Exterior Visualisation

This Exterior Visualisation & 3D Modelling project brought to us a much-loved home that had been in the family for years, with our clients now looking to update and modernise both internally and externally to give it a new burst of life. Working from their Architect’s proposed plans, which introduced a rear extension and a garage conversion for more internal space, we were able to remodel and transform the exterior of this detached family home.

Composite cladding to the front and fresh render to the rear, provided an instant update to the look of the property. We extended the existing porch to create a small veranda area where our client could sit and admire her late father’s roses in the front garden. Timber sash windows with inverted T bar glazing add buckets of kerb appeal, whilst the addition of a full-length feature window in the hallway provides a pretty outlook onto the veranda and lightens up the space internally.

Large timber sliding doors to the rear, coupled with roof lights, flood the newly extended, open plan kitchen / dining / living space with plenty of natural light. Tweaks to window placement and sizing, new aluminium gutters, and improvements to the soffit and fascia bring the whole design together beautifully for our happy clients.
